These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the website of STR1DER B.V.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
STR1DER B.V. is located at Kwartslaan 103, 3162 RD Rhoon and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98185608. - Products
STR1DER sells goalkeeper gloves and related products.
Products are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor deviations may occur.
Personalized products are manufactured specifically to order. - Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT.
Payment takes place via the available payment methods.
Orders are processed after full payment. - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping via DHL.
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Average delivery time is 1–3 business days, for personalized products 1–5 business days.
Track & trace is provided after shipping. - Exchange and Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days.
Personalized products are excluded from returns.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless STR1DER has made an error. - Warranty
Products meet reasonable quality requirements.
Wear from use is not covered under warranty.
Manufacturing defects within 30 days will be resolved. - Size Chart and Responsibility
The size chart is a tool to assist you.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size. - Liability
STR1DER is not liable for consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the purchase amount. - Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with privacy legislation.
Data is only shared when necessary. - Force Majeure
STR1DER is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in case of force majeure. - Applicable Law
Dutch law applies.
Disputes will be submitted to the Rotterdam court. - Subscription Model
Subscriptions have a term of one year.
No automatic renewal.
Renewal only after confirmation.
